Hi
I am using powermax 65 plasma and it works fine for two weeks, but now I am getting error code 0-12 and 0-20 continuously.
When I arc starts it cuts for a second or less before the arc is gone...
I have checked all the links. On the the contact page, they ask me for many information that I don't know like service center name and distributor name. So I cannot post my problem to them.

Victor, are you sure the email address you mentioned is working?
Because I couldn't send an email to it as you can see in the attached screenshot.
Thank you so much Victor
Actually I need the wiring diagram and the troubleshooting guide because I have some alarms which I don't know what they mean.
I will send an email to the address that you...

Hi
I am trying to operate a woodworking CNC router machine with SYNTEC EZ3 controller.
Ii shows 3 alarms:
No. 79 MLC alarm

Hi,
I have a chinese spindle motor with the following characteristics:
2.2kW 3phase 220V 400Hz 8.5A
And I bought a hyundai 2.2kW VFD and I've programed it with the motor parameters.
Now when I...
Wow that is so rusty, but seems rigid
Hope you finish it soon pal
Thanks for help
Waleed
Thank you asuratman. So what is your motors' voltage and current consumption. And for how long the drives have been working with you ?
Waleed.
Yes it's kind of clear now also because the xenus works on AC supply voltage that means it has an AC to DC converter inside in addition to some options like the can open which makes it larger and...
Thank you Steve,
I believe it can do the job but I'm still wondering will it do the job with the same efficiency as the more expensive alternatives. Sorry but the difference in cost is too much...
Hi
I have a 140V 14 A rated brushed DC servo motor and I am looking for a convenient drive.
I found some drives that match my motor but I was shoked by the huge differences in prices and also in...
Thanks Al. n keep up the good work.
Thanks Al, but I don't mean the drive's supply voltage (100-240 VAC)
I mean the drive's rated voltage which is in the first row of the power specification table (page 3 in the pdf)
And by the way I've seen the motors and there were brushes on them.
Ok now I found this servo drive from AMC :
http://www.a-m-c.com/download/datasheet/dprnlie-030a400.pdf
but I'm not sure if it is suitable for my motors because the motor nameplate says the motor...
More Videos are coming up.
Thanks Al now it's clear. I'll see the brushes.
OMG I found in this link http://fanuc.cnc-electronics.com/motor-encoder.html that black cap motors may be AC or DC.
So how should I know AC or DC? Does the two power wires make any clue? Does that...
and it is written on it (EXCIT PERM MAGNET)
but my motor has a black cap. But I can tell you it has only 2 power wires would that be brushed?
Just one more silly question.
Is the (permanent magnet)=(brushless) ?
and what type is my fanuc motor ?
Because the drives are either (brushed) or (brushless) and the only thing I know about my...
Great work Zafarsalam
I started the work and I will keep posting the work updates. Thanks man
Thanks I'll give it a try and tell you the result

Hello
I need to have more I/O pins for my machine so I'm thinking about a second parallel port.
