I'm unsure what's in the cab files. It gives the option for the upmv 4/12 during the installation. I'm using an icm4 machine myself.

Windows. It even seems happy to run on Win10. Though I'm currently waiting on cables to come to verify that.

I have a really old version of remote that does what you are asking for. It seems to be stuck in german though.
