Ok rebooted machine and all is well. What the heck kinda crap is that. Oh well it is working for now I guess.

Just checked a couple more things out. The coolant will shut off at a programmed M00. It also shuts off with Setting 42: "M00 after M06" turned on. Someone in this shop had to screw with something....
