Here is a way to get a shortcut on your desktop.
program files\mcamx6\common\editors\mastercam.
Look for MCXSTART.exe
Right click on it
Select send to
Select Desktop (create shortcut)

From the drop down FILE menu, choose Save As.
From the Save as type drop down choose IGES.
Zip the file before attaching to your email.

Try this,
Open MCX6, from the file menu drop down choose EDIT / OPEN EXTERNAL, navigate to your NC or CNC file and double click on the file name.

I have not done what you are proposing, but we do use M51-M58 to activate the optional M-Code Relays.
External devices can be controlled from within a program in this way.

From your description of the machine and the picture you posted, I would say the problem is related to the lack of rigidity of your machine.

I use CutePDF Writer.
You select it from the dropdown printer list when you print.
It will then print to a file location.

The expanded memory probably already exists in your control.
It is an option that you pay to activate.
Contact your HFO and ask.
