I understand now that its the post. Where I can learn how to read and edit a post? I also use CUT3D and Vcarve software and both of these programs generate gcode fine for mach3.

For some reason I can't get the entire rear trem of my strat model to cut out.
I can cut out the pocket part that is about 5/8 deep. The trem part that lines up with the top doesnt want to cut. ...

win 7 pro 32bit .. not sure if it works with 64 .. never tried .. I use 32 because i also use Solidworks and its only on 32bit.
For those interested. I found the issue.
TrueSolid is a toolpath mode and only support 3-axis toolpaths in top view. I had to change the mode to standard.
