Unfortunately the software I am using (eding pc based cnc) doesn't give me options to change motor direction. It gives option to invert the jog keys direction. is this the same...

My z axis is moving in the wrong direction.
After zeroing work -z goes up and +z goes down into work.
How can I reverse this?
x and y are also reversed.
