55v is the max i have available, ANY ONE GOT A PS FOR SALE??? im getting 40ipm reliably now though, which is still slow but much better than 10. :) still not sure if my wiring is correct diagram...

started at 24 and they barely moved so slowly but surely the voltage has crept up to 55, looking at the drivers they should be able to handle 80 reliably but the motors would cook.

im pumping 60v @ 3A into the 4030's all day and they barly get warm, the 425oz steppers can fry an egg though, but so far so good, nothing gone up in smoke :)
was using Kerk Motion 8000's @ 42% and now im using acme 1/2-10's
ok uped to 55v @ 3A and now im getting a max of about 15ipm before i realy start losing steps?????
I just tested the motor speed and im maxing out at about 120+- rpm, im using keling 4030 drivers, with there KL23H286-20-8B, 425 oz-in steppers, something wrong ??????
im maxing out at 9-10ipm (jogging) and would like to get a heck of a lot more its just way to slow for a 3'x5' machine. Any sugestions im looking into belt drives and pully but cant seem to find...
