it is by design so the material doesn't roll upwards from under tool into the end of the mill, rather the material is only introduced on the side of the endmill thus creating more desirable and easy...

Totally agree.
Thanx for the extension.
I'll try the displacement measuring methood too next time I get in to some mission critical tension stuff ;)
In the end it turned out the problem was in the spindle belt slippage. The belts were worn out so they slipped even at proper tension
To my knowledge it is simmilar build to the european version (esv4020 by the label, EurocenterV50). On those machines there is a fine sprout gear like piece on the spindle near to the v-belt section....
I'm so happy that i found You but since You are not pushing the issue forward, pleas leave this post before i delete it.
If i would use inverse time feed than a single line with 200 feedrate...
I can not fizzle with the machine for now but i can include a part that contains the debug information
I am aware that i can roughen up the toolpath a bit an get rid of the micro angles but still...
My main concern is the behaviour of the machine, the code is ok and the feed is ok, I'm working on the problem for two months by now, so please answer the machine related problem, this is not a...
In the post to make my self sure in the debug part i made a calculation with the inverse time equation too and it gives the same values not to mention the manual paperform calculations which gave the...

Hi Guys!
Today morning I have encountered the error described in the title. The machine Z axis was left nearly at the halfway of its travel length before powering down yesterday in the evening. I...
In the end I should say "not every signal is a signal". Optical sensor feedback on sensor body looked ok, on th distributor panel too, but the sensor was failing in voltage I think so MC was missing...

Hail Guys!
In the near past, My experience has grown a lot in intelligent roughing techniques. By the way I have started to face the high table feedrate related problems such as clattering in high...
In the finish We've discovered that KA110 and KA111 relays were failing on the winding change so We've replaced them with 2 new one and voila MC is ready to fly.... error searching method: when the...

Omg!!! Our employee forgot to wipe tool number from the tool lists actual tool row and removed the tool from the spindle manually by hand and that was the reason for not being able to spin up the...
I've repaired the motor but the problem still exists:
