Does anybody know where to get this ml.exe program?

I can't spin by hand! The spindle is blocked or it's speed is 0.
The spead read out doesn't change.
If I press "Setup Kollmorgen drive" comuter wants to execute a:ml.exe that is missing.

The spindle motor positions succesfully, but does't spin.
No other error messages appear except "The Spindle has not reached the programmed speed".

We have Moriseiki LL-7 machining center with Nedac-M control. The computer is dead, so we should like to retrofit our Mori. Will be gratefull for any help.

What type of drives did you use?
What was the upgrade procedure?
