We have had a lot of Solidcam problem go away when we got the correct SolidWorks video drivers off the SolidWorks web site. Try that.

Try defining the end mill with greater flute length. The same error occures if the end mill flutes are less than the depth.
Try:
1) "Tools" then 2) "select" then 3) "import tools" then 3) "library"
This should work for you.
It does seem that you are getting bad arc numbers.
Try: 1) rebooting your computer and then re-post. Do you get the same #s; 90% of the time this corrects the anomalies we sometimes get.
