Sounds like it could be an issue with your solid model. What file type is it? I've seen some solid models with line segments put together to create arcs. Talk about a lot of code!

Not worth it. If finish is important at all, the stepover required will end up taking much more time than another setup would.

if you want to input feedrates in in/rev you will need a G95 in the same line as the G84. Throw in a G94 when you're done. Or just calculate in/min FR as stated.

It could be caused by the CAM if the post adding a G09 top the code.

I think the oiler is delivering too much and I think it's getting worse. Now I get a few silver dollar sized puddles after running the machine for just a few hours. The oil is dripping right off...

No, the machine is usually off overnight. The puddle is on the ground directly in front of the table. It seems to be dripping from the front of the Y way. I'll look for a cracked/broken line.

Anyone dealt with a similar problem? I'm having to clean up a small puddle of oil every morning and have to fill up the way lube weekly. This machine is only run for a few hours a day at most. ...

Is there any way to increase the feed while cutting air? Seems like that is the only downfall of this technique.
