The checksum of parameter are wrong, probably the battery on cpu is dead (i think it was 3,6V rechargeable) before u get cpu board out of the rack check that u have parameters on paper....
What comm settings u use? Do u have the right cable for communication?
If encoders are damaged that it cannot be repaired u must replace them with encoder that have identical signals and ppr count to satisfy the AC drive for that motor. And they have to be put in same...

Did u try to lower the feedrate?? Try 1000 or 500 instead of 2000... Maybe the motor strenght isnt enough to move the mass of axis so quickly or maybe the gain (kV) of axis is too big or too small...
