Are you able to tell if the entire machine is powering down, or just the computer portion of the machine.

Pretty scary... by the technician using an impact wrench he forced the threads of the leveling bolt to lift the weight of the machine, although pretty strong it's definitely not recommended.

Not that I would be able to help much, but out of curiosity... where do you place the grounds for the probes. Are you going off a general ground, or a unique one specifically for the sign...
