How was the ozito router mounted, we usually remove it totally from the frame and then just make an alloy clamp for it.

Can't offer much help but mine is all alloy and only 900mm X 600mm cutting area. Linear bearings and rails would be better bought...

I have used ITEM which is similar to 8020 and if you are using large runs I would go for the thicker profiles. I think they have thickness calculator somewhere and that should remove all the guess...

I would use the last one and exactly as shown in the diagram, the curve makes the nut sit in exactly the centre of the 8020 and it means that your rails will be centred.
