That is even on a 407 possible...
Why do you want to work with G-Code on a HH ?
To start off, you should first read the HH manual (if not available you can download at the HH website as PDF)
Sandvik offers the "Technical Manual of...
How did you test it? Switched Z for Y? Does a different glass scale show the same behaviour when you connect it to the output of the Z axis?
That works in theory with each bore rod, whereas it depends on the WSP (e.g.D...orV...plates) if its optimal.
There are all-in-one lathe tools- you can drill and inside/outside/ lengthwise /face...
In ISO you program the Q parameters exactly like in clear text
Q14=+10
Q15=+34.5
28 G1 X+Q14 YQ15
Neutral point XY middle work piece upper edge
Def
Q1 Lx
Q2 Ly
Q3 Hz
Q4 number of cuts
Q10 Security distance XY
Def end
TOOL CALL 1 S1000
You could write your own M-function (there is also a thread in the forum for that topic) and switch the air on and off with retention time.
It certainly wasn’t the same model as the finished part. ;)
Take the finished part, delete all things that have to be machined (pockets, bores etc.) and save the model as a rough part.
I don’t know if the 355th has already got the key, but check if you’ve got a key where CL.PGL stands.
Programs you want to delete may not be active.
In principle you may program similar to 3 axes. So you’ll just have to enter coordinates XZ or YZ instead of XY.
