Firstly, I have been having overtravel problems on my matchmaker vmc.
It has been like it for ages and I have to remove the z axis ref , start the machine...

I think this is the problem , machine is showing relative in the tool offsets and I cant find how to change it ??

I manufacture vee pulleys, we have special tips made to produce the correct depth/pitch rad.

In metric, the pitch is 3.56 and the depth is 6.80.
