well... another interesting update.....

Since it was still cutting out of square I tried too see the squareness from back side of the gantry , it wasn't squared to the x rails( don't know why)...

I have made aluminum spacers to put into the gantry tube so the whole gantry can't shift out of square it seems to be working, I have realigned both x rails , both rails are square to the gantry but...

No it won't if it little shorter it will give you little more clearance, Bearings are attached to different part I think its #3, and #4 on one side.
