that was the first thing that crossed my mind when I realized it wasn't cutting too scale. I have redone the tool paths so many times it's not even funny. LOL

as soon as i load g-code in mach3 my scale is out
I have a zenbot 48 x 48 with a g540 controller. As long as I don't have G-Code loaded into mach3 it runs to scale, but as soon as I load in G-Code that I have made from Aspire or artcam the scale is...
