    Helical conter down would grind the bottom part of your tool. Escpasally if it's not a center cutting tool.

    Mill it on aluminum plate. Just mill a down helix spiral at slow feed rate.

    I think 0.5 is too much. Try 0.3 and finish. You can engrave a bit dipper at solidcam.

    Whan i push prog list i hear a load bang noise came out of atc (i think) then the keyboard stop responding and i have to power off the machin in order to carry on working. I cant choose another...

    I would recomend thread mill, If it's an option for you. You can buy coated tap for longer life span.

    You are right but most times hss finish turns out to finish much smoothly then hsm.

    In jeneral. I use big bull mill for hsm. And small ball mill for hss.

    Hsm is for roughing. You can go very fast feed rate but keep step over small.
