I have found out the files were most likely created in an academic version of Solid Edge which cannot be opened in the regular version.

Ok I have worked out they are Solid Edge files. Can someone with Solid Edge see if they can open it please? I tried but was not successful.

Can anyone view these files please? I don't understand what the extensions are? I would like to build it.
