    Hi, I have also ROM parity error 998 in Fanuc 0M-F. In my case option parameter 905.5 launch the error. That parameter define ladder size.

    998 rom parity : rom no 0E2

    Hello,

    I have Leadwell MCH-350 with Fanuc OMF. While cycling I got suddenly this error "998 rom parity : rom no 0E2".
    I started the cnc while pressing delete + reset.
    Machine started normally....
