Search:

SRAM issue, try to clean the socket.

open the electrical cabinet, look for the main controller led and 7 segment. we will find a clue by investigating the led status and 7 segment

it could be sram card issue. if you already have sram backuo in hand, remounting sram card to make better seat contact to the socket.

boot in IPL mode, check the sram.
if the sram is in ok...

All sram reset process has done from IPL mode by switching rotary key. but we are facing another problem the control wont finish boot, 7 segment start light up from 8, F, and then stuck at 9.

there is rotary switch on HSSB module on cnc side. turn it to "0". start the machine it will bring you to IPL mode

the number is A02B-0283-B803

no HDD but CF card, i was found it by searching every folder on host front end pc.

ROM/sram card is not seat properly, dont remove the sram card before make back up
