You can download Gibbs processes from their Web site. They are sample processes free to use.
We are going to try one with Alu. and let you know.
Those tolerances can be held on a Waterjet with no problem. Let me know if you still need a quote.
We have the ST30y with live tooling. I use Gibbs and Solidworks. Gibbs works great posting out programs for the HAAS.
You would have to get Gibbs post department to do it if you have maintenance. If not, I really don't know, maybe someone here at cnc.

In Gibbs, right click on the face you want Z. And chose Align Face to CS.
