What kind of steel rod and linear bearing are u using. Stauff clamps are really easy to use.... Do you have more pictures aswell? It looks pretty impressive.. I have just made some corner brackets...

Do u have any pictures of ur machine?
I am thinking about using stauff gr3 clamps filled with grease outside a 25mm aliminum pipe..
