How is the laser connected to the high voltage line from the power supply? Is that where the arc comes from or inside the tube itself?
Have you tried to run another file since it started? It happened to me and I ran some vector images and redid the text file. It didn't happen again. Its almost like a corrupt file download. What...
This is true- if you didn't use RTV silicone and fired it up enough times while it arced, the tube may be shot along with the power supply. Either way you may have damaged the power supply long term.
Perhaps a sensor went bad....
Did you reset in the software on on the controller. You might have the vendor set up in the software and can resend to the controller.
What type of lens are you using? ZnSe, etc...
