Looking for someone who can laser scan modify and create solid model of a clutch cover for a motorcycle.

turns out i cleaned some fine metallic dust from the proximity sensor(s) on the tool carousel and my proble magically went away (so far)

this fine particulate matter came from dry...

lasted 2 days ,i knew i wasnt so lucky,guess i will call hass monday and see if they can ship me some parts.

ill keep you guys updated.

check out the clutch to see if it was slipping and it appears to have a keyway lock and does not slip or is not loose.

when the toolchanger fails i normally hear a load on the motor like it is...

i am getting a 113 shuttle alarm on the toolchanger,i notice that the toolchanger is very slow moving toward the spindle and sometimes will stop or hesitate before moving all the way to the right to...

This may sound crazy but check the y axis sensor at the bottom left side of the table and make sure there isnt any chips in there,i get y axis alarms all the time due to this.

your right it was the low voltage powers supply.

luckily today i booted up the machine and went thru the spindle warmup with no errors,have also been machining 1 hour cycles on it all day with no problems.

i noticed during spindle warm up the machine will throw up the keyboard not found error after 1 minute of operation.

if you go to CREATE-CURVE-you will have options to create a curve on various edges.

i always use this on solids and have never tried this on surfaces.
