It's a long time since I used RhinoCam but don't you use machine along a curve. i.e project the fet slots to the fretboard surface and then machine along each curve to the depth of the slot?

I too run Rhino in Paralells and whilst it's been fine to run it natively would be fantastic.
I use this technique all the time to cut purfling channels into the curved surfaces of my guitars - works great.
Spoke to Trev today and whilst he doesn't have any drawings he did say they're indentical to the American standard strats.
