you need just a Network Card with a RTL8029 chip in the Machine. Easy to find at ebay.
A How to install, later. I try to make some Pictures for you.

For the entire Program you only have to make a "clone" of the entire HD
Its only Linux thats all.
But you need a Backup from the Machine to restore the Data.

For Training? Realy?
Ive got XNC / Biesseworks and searching for BSolid for "Training" ;-)

Better is a simple Network Card.
