corel draw... make a 4x8 rectangle... place all parts within the rectangle... delete rectangle border and import to sheetcam...cut!!... this is a simple procedure... if your table takes a
5' x 10'...

Just to follow up on this, i have cut some alum in the past and can see and feel the porosity along the edge, is this porosity the issue for welding or has the alum along edge been...
I have been reading up on some forums for alum boat building and see where some builders avoid using shop air plasma cut parts because they claim this changes the metallurgy of the alum along the cut...

Using fine cut with my 1250, i set my kerf in sheetcam at .05, when i measure the finished parts afterwards they are bang on.
I've cut 1/8th 5052 alum with decent edges and no dross, 1250 Hypertherm, fine cut consumables @40 amp, 79 arc voltage, 145 ipm...

I still have the DT drawing pinned on the wall in my shop from when i built mine, mine is a 4x8 table but they have measurements for a 5x10 also and are as such.

You are right, i went back for another look and i was looking at the hand held.. also according to Hypertherm the 1000 hand held will not fit the 1250.

Any way to run a air line from your compressor to your final filter, bypass everything else and try it, maybe somethings clogged up. Just my 2 cents.
