    Yep thats a 4th axis for taper compensation, not sure how far it goes over but i know on other machines its about 8 degrees for taper compensation or 60 degrees if you go 5-axis

    If you had it cut with a waterjet there's no heat involved just make sure the machine has taper compensation. A good machine with a good operator should be able to get it 0.1mm or better.
