I have a Reci W4 100w laser tube. It's currently maxing at 60W power output. The connection to the anode is burnt out (pic attached. Is this repairable or is in time for a new tube?

Consider increasing the value of parameter 3807.
There is an auto lubrication setup for the hiwin linear bearings. Oil is pumped to the bearings, and the problem I have is that oil is reaching the X & Z blocks, but is not reaching the Y blocks....
Thanks so much for your help with this, yes this was the issue. I adjusted the plate that triggers the home switch by 2mm and it's now homing reliably.
The item is here...
Thanks so much for this, I'll move the plate that activates the homing switch by 2mm. You mentioned that it may be the encoder index pulse being very close to the home switch, this makes sense.
...
On my CNC router with a 6MB controller, I have a new problem with Z homing. After homing, Z zero is alternating between 2 positions, approx 5mm apart. So, when homing the Z travels to the home switch...
I measured it manually as 4.8mm, it could be 5mm which I think is the lead screw pitch. I can only see this as a coincidence, could you explain your thinking on this?
I have a problem with Z homing. After homing Z zero is alternating between 2 positions, 4.8mm apart. So, when homing the Z travels to the home switch and is then backing off a distance, and the...
So I have replaced the DT02 with a wired alternative, here it is:
438194
It has a nice big 50mm touch plate for larger tools and a NC emergency circuit which I have wired into a E stop. It also has...
The machine has leadshine easy servos, which are essentially stepper motors with encoders to close the loop. Not sure why these should pose a problem for engraving. I have found they perform well.
I have been running the machine for a while now. Generally it cuts well and runs reliably. I have occasionally found that the y axis freezes on startup after homing, but I think this most likely to...
So I managed to update the 'Paramext' file through System data management instead of backup restore. Parameter 3411 limits have changed. Thanks for the help Frank.
Here is the zip of the backup. Following Frank's helpful instructions I have updated the parameter 3411 limits. I have tried to restore this to syntec both as a zipped folder and an unzipped...
I have attached a picture of the parameter 3411, and the current input range. Sorry it's a bit blurry, but the input range is -65535 to 65535, and the extension parameter is R91
Just a note to say thanks to RDSI and Popspipes for your input, my electronics knowledge is very bare so I appreciate your guidance.
A reason I thought a resistor may be required on the input was to stop the LED burning out. Is it safe to assume there's an internal resistor in series to the led? Thanks for clarity on the resistive...
The spec does mention: Contact rate: DC24V 20mA(), recommend 10mA resistive load, doesn;t that suggest a resistor is advised? Or have I misunderstood.
Thanks RDSI, this is really helpful. Earlier in this thread it was suggested to put a resistor on the red 24v input to limit the current for the LED, is this unnecessary?
So yes, as stated earlier on this thread the DT02 is closed on wakeup and requires probing to change it's state to OPEN. Why this critical information isn't given to customers is so irresponsible. ...
I did test this out today, and G22 does turn on the second set of stroke limits, and G23 turns them back off.
The specs are very confusing, the contactor is 20ma, but they advise a 10ma resistive load.....given that I have a 24v supply voltage are they suggesting a 2.4k resistor on the input?
Thanks Frank. If I run through the backup routine: F5 Maintain -> Next-> F1 Backup System, will you need additional files? Could you PM me with an email address, I can then setup a wetransfer with...
It's odd that it seems to suggest 10-30V are acceptable for input, I can't see why it would have the contractor max at 60V, or why this would be described as output.
I have a Syntec 6MB controller and I want to change a parameter outside the allowable range. The parameter is 3411, and this is parameter is the distance between the cutting bed surface and the tool...
The contact rating is 24V. Full specs here:
Model: CS-100K-50
Output mode: A: NO(normally open)
Stroke: 5mm
Contact life: 3 million times
Waterproof level: IP 67
Repeated positioning...
I'm looking at getting a similar Normally Open ETS. I'm a llittle confused with the spec for the output: 'Output specification: DC60V 100mA(resistance load)/ AC60V 100mA(peak)/ 500mW(Max)'
I...

I quoted the wrong figure, but the parameter for the probe to table is limited to approx 65.5mm....yes this may have been an Omni intervention. Either way it doesn't eliminate some of the taller...
I have had some correspondence from Syntec over this. The second set of limits can be used and switched on and off with G22/G23. I will have a play and add these to my PP in the header/footer and...
