Why you do you say "darn" on Camsoft?

unfourtenly this doc confused me further. I think its trying to tell me what IO number camsoft assigns each IO on the opto 22 relay rack but I am lost.

I do have the tool changer, my ceiling is a little low, the tool change itself will fit but I need to cut a hole to put any tools in it.
