Sorry, I was down with Covid.

We have four Cincinnati Arrow 500's with Control Techniques Spindax spindle drives model SA022. I thin it's a 22amp model?
I am no longer able to find replacement drives and our drive has been...
We are looking at a used Cincinnati from early 2000 and I need to know what options it was built with.
Does anyone know of a way to get the build data on a machine with a serial number? I tried...
Never mind. We go it. It is a right hand thread and it just needed a good whack with a tool we made that fit well.
Our normal lathe guys are out sick or on vacation. I am trying to set something up on the machine and the chuck was only partially removed by one of the guys that left. So, what we have now is just...
Thanks for the reply. I will grab the prints. One thing I forgot was that the day it stopped working we had a power brownout. Most of the machines were fine. A few shut down and fired right back up....
We have a Cincinnati Arrow 1000 with a Vickers A2100 control. Recently we powered it up only to find an alarm 39-99 that reads something like
Check the indicator L.E.D's on the Kollmorgen Spindle...
We are still looking for one. Can I get it's condition and a price on it and where it's located.
Feel free to e-mail me at [email protected]
Thank you
We need another Fadal VH-65 rotary head.
Working or not I am on the hunt for one.
Right after a block wide power brownout we had a motherboard fail in Vickers A2100 control on an Arrow 1000. The machine was built in '96 if that helps.
I found a good used / tested one from a...
Did you have any luck with this? We have a 180" I need cleaned up.
So we are up and running but with some serial number alarm. Where can I find the place to enter in the correct serial number and paid options like the extended memory?
We didn't have any alarms. It was just off center. We found it would not move due to some rust and years of coolant drying out and sticking. We also did find bent taper pins and fixed those.
Clone software
We had a hard drive fail. We had them all backed up but this one had a back backup and that's the one we need.
We have several of the same machine and we have copied the hard drive form a machine...
I know this is an old post but we too have the same problem. Our turret is off center of the spindle by .0081" and despite having the book for the machine we are unable to align it. We "think" we...
Do you know who makes it, what model it is and what diameter quill it fits?
Sorry, I should have posted that we found a brand new old one that was still in the box on ebay.
What do you have? Maybe we could use a backup or???
Thanks. I will look into the fans and filters.
It's hard to explain but there is a powder that has been collecting on everything in the electrical cabinet.
Watch the video below and you will see what I am talking about.
It's really strange...
Hmm. Sorry. If you are getting that on power up I'm not sure what is up.
What is the alarm description?
Possibly a relay?
I know it's an old thread but, we had a a Vector, AMC INV-0056 go bad. It may be the same problem.
We can't spare the down time so we bought a new Baldor unit for 2.9k
Does anyone know if...
No problem with the chopper as well. Just keep it adjusted and flip over or replace the cutting inserts on a regular basis and it works great. No problems.
Putting a G92 X0Y0 will reset my absolute zero where ever I'm sitting when I do that so that won't work.
As long as we maintain the machine the threading works really well.
If I put a G92 X0Y0 that will reset my target where I am sitting so that won't work.
As far as threading goes as long as you keep the machine clean and maintain it well it threads well. When you...
No, just one in the beginning. Is that what it does? Back up to a G92? Would it be just a G92 all by itself on a line?
May not be high tech but it works.
Ever have any thread location issues? For example if you are running multiple parts: I rapid to one then cut it. I rapid over to the second one and in the middle...
I have tried to do something like that myself without luck. Sorry.
