My design allows for adjustments, you have to look closer, there's even a suggestion to make it simpler...
Actually I need the distance so the Bearings are centered and hold in place, if they clamped together the bearings would be loose..
This way I autumatically center and fix them...

The design can be changed to support support :) rails I think...

Try Screenprint paint on PVC Foamboard. As the paint is PVC based it sticks perfectly to the substrate.
