We have a ec 300 and are relocating our shop, does anyone know the location on the blocks to hold everything in place when we move this as haas has not been so helpful on this.

we have a 2006 vf 2ss, has been a great machine so far, the x axis seems to be getting loud when it is in rapid mode. finish and tolerance are fine,any suggestions.

We have both if you parts are small haas has a 300 mm horizontal,about 100K we have one and it has been fine.as most have said it takes a bit longer to setup but you can get three sides of a part...

i have just added the replacement battery to the external pins and i am still getting the same alarm. any advice?

i agree with marc heat is your problem with 304,slower rpm and higher feeds will help.if you can get away with 303 you will be better off as it will not work harden as easy,good luck and keep it...

would you go direct to fadal and get the top bearing block also or just the ball screw?

not sure if you have made a decision but on my advice as someone said its like ford or chevy they are both good for the money. we have fadal and haas what i see is that the haas is a good 3d...

where would i find this relay output on the fadal as i do have the control box for the rotery and at this time we just index it by pushing a button on that box.
the control box does have...

we have a 97 fadal 4020 it does not have a 4th axis card(a axis) is there a way to index a haas rotery table in the program and not manualy through the haas control,

not to ster the pot but as most have said it is personal preferance as both surfcam and mastercam are coparable in price and service, i have used surfcam for years and i would recomend it...

i have a 1917 4020 with ac servos and every morning only at startup the x axis servo makes a hawling noise,i thought is was the amplifier but adjusted that and it still happens,anyone have any...
