How much does that cost in US dollars?

Maybe you could use a bud box at www.budind.com

Other material not listed may not run on a bench top molder, which is why the website probably only has those ones listed.

math is not the problem, it's the potential for error. I found what I was looking for in this post:

Thank you for that good information, however I wasn't quite explicit enough. I'm trying to find the center using and edge finder. What I typically do is pick up one edge, set zero, move over to the...
Somebody has posted before, not sure if it was this forum a way to pick up the edges and set your Y and X axis to zero without dividing by two after you find the distance. Anybody know the short...
Where did you get the graphite plugs?
If your talking pro/e mfg you can accomplish this a number of ways.
1) you can handle at the controller & Gcode level.
2) you can pattern toolpaths or operation in Pro/e
3) you can translate...
It turned out to be the accessible micro switch. I manually tripped it a number of times and that seemed to do the trick.
Well I checked fuse 1 and relays K9-12 and there all fine. Are the micro switches your referencing right under the cover on top of the turret, where the motor is. They look like there about 2...
Hi Guys,
I have a 2000 Mini Mill that I haven't used in a few months so I ran my spindle run in and warm up program and when I went to do an ATC FWD it actually went backward, then I did it again...
could you use an electronic edgefinder or a 3d Taster?
That's the one, thanks. Mixed up Forums.
There was a post awhile back that listed shortcuts, cool features of the Haas Controller and I can't find it. It may have been in a thread about something else. Anybody know where that is or want...
Does anybody know of a good source for a 3D taster or the US distributor for Haimer 3d Sensor? MSC has a Fowler but I would prefer a better brand. Do you know what the Haimer's cost? thanks
Hi,
I would like to use a bluetooth serial (RS232) port for my 2000 Mini Mill. Is there a way that I could send multiple files to the machine using the bluetooth serial port? Is there also away...
I would like to get some t-slot covers for my mini mill - any recommendations? I mostly have a Kurt vice mounted so I'm looking for the individual snap in type.
looks top notch, how much did that configuration cost?
Thanks for the tips, I ended up milling around it and plugged it. Barely had the room - thin walls but I salvaged it and it worked out fine.
I'm going to try using carbide. I can't cut around it. Worst case I'll have to EDM it
It's a 5/32 drill in about 1 inch in aluminum 6061 broken off about 3/8" from the surface.
No it's a blind hole.
What is the best way of removing a broken HS drill without using an EDM machine? Thanks
Other than the CAD/CAM program and the postprocessor is there a tolerance setting in a 2000 Haas MiniMill for 3D contouring?
did that work?
Within your Pro/MFG part it will be under applications called NC Postprocessor
You can try to edit the post processor with the option file generator and look at adjusting curve fitting under the motion option.
Haas has integrated the functionality of that board into the low voltage power supply (93-0962F). FYI Skynet will fix the board for $40.00; if they can't they'll send you a new one.
Update: I traced the problem to the low voltage power supply (servo amp). It was 6:00 (Massachusetts) last night I called the main office thinking they could ship it out, but they said I have to...
