All of you are using this longer then I did . I repeated here maybe 20 times that I did reinstal it corectlly.

Problem was simple put . Chinese junk BOB. Got me an ess smoothstepper and a galil...

No license it is the new version of mahc3 trial 500 lines of gcode you can use.

How do you ref the axis ?

And how do I check for a correct parallel port ...

When I uninstal mach 3, I even...

What AmI looking for then ?

Ive said it many times.

The setup is ok . The pins and ports are as they supposed to be for that setup .
The computer works fine! The parallel port also ! The cables are ALL ok.
...

Everything has worked fine before ...
Why are my x , y and z axis in red ?
How do i get these in green ?

The new mach3 however doesnt even let you choose the jogging options like per step or...

I did all the settings .. a few times again and again I reinstaled windows and reinstaled mach3 and everything ...

How do you explain the odd behaivior of the motors ? Why are my x, y and z axis...

I did instal windows again. However the problem remains !

at the estop warning button it says "No shuttle detected of type selected" error
...

I have the chineese breakout board the simple one with 5 axis with parallel port.
This drive worked verry good and i dont think there is much problem there because its a simple board. Never conected...

Yes i installed back the older version many times .. I rebooted the pc many times . The setup worked corectly before .
Can something be bad with the software ? Bad regestry ? I run it on windows...

everything is set up as it was before . The ports and pins are exactly the same as before I did a printscreen so I would not forget.
The machine worked corectly before.

Since I update mach3 to the new version nothing worked anymore.
