    After much testing I found the biggest Issue. My pulse settings were at 400 instead of 100! Changing that Fix the size issue and everything cuts to size.

    Now my only problem is cutting in Inches...

    I've already taken a course where I had to hand write all my G-code. In that class I used Fadal's on aluminum. I also know how to use a HAAS, and on that I used wood.
