Good day!
Thank you very much for you reply. That's partially good news. Is there any way to use the ISO7240C on the 150ohm pull down pins as well, without loosing to much speed? I have not used any...
Good day!
I have a question or two about interfacing the Kflop, and I have not been able to find any other threads regarding this, even if there's lots regarding opto-couplers.
Since some I/Os have...
Since the components have no text or numbers (some of them), I asked for a diagram or anything that might help...
Thanks though. And It's most likely the CRT board, but I have not ruled out...
Haha, that's funny! ;)
I guess I to could have gotten a bad translation from google translate, but I guess I was hoping for something more accurate. True that they usually don't mention much on...
Ok, I did find this old Ebay listing from Germany a while back. Very similar to my unit, except it ends with a 2 instead of a 1. But since I know very little German, I have no Idea is it mentions...
Well, there's an internal hard-drive in the unit, so I assume it uses some software on-board, and there were no floppy's or manuals with the unit, even if it has a floppy driver.
The units model...
Hey! Thank you for shown interest.
Sorry for the long delay in my posting. To busy at work, Influenza and such things...
Well, the reason I'm asking is that I don't know much about it. I think it's...
Ok, It's actually not only the TH1, TR1, capacitors that's dead, but I'll clear that up later, and those components still have the text on them, so it's not hard to find a replacement if I need it.
I'm actually looking for any diagram or such where I can see what part is in component position TH1 and possibly TR2 on this PCB A16B-2600-0040/06B, or anything that may help.
The three capacitors...
Well, I've been busy with actual work, but thanks to the modular design of the blocks, and Mactec54, I just wanted to say I was able to gain 36mm (1.41"). Not to bad I would like to say. This is also...
Thank you for the reply! I actually tried that yesterday, but even if there's a hole, there's no tapped hole, and the fitting won't go in all the way. But you are right, it couldn't hurt if I flipped...
Ok, this is the problem. I have a couple of SHS25C*LPF-II rails that's 358mm (14.1inch) long, and the stroke is a measly 115mm (4.5"). Now if I were to switch side of the oilers so they point outward...
Yes, it's true the C grading only refers to lead-accuracy, but some people have mentioned it harder to get zero-backlash on c7 screws, because of the relatively large lead-variation compared to C5 or...
If you're not sure if you can take the lead accuracy of a c7 screw, and the price for the c2 one is not a deal-breaker, I would probably say that you got it right. It's better to pay a bit more and...
The ball-nut doesn't have to be double to be zero-backlash. The best way to find out about one particular type of ball-screw, is to look up the speck-sheet. It usually says how the pre-load is...
Hey, good to hear that you were able to fix it. Some times luck is the only thing you need I guess. That seller sucks though...
Don't forget to tell us how it goes with the project, if you have...
Well, ideal or not, I just ran a BOB GND wire to the mill. It works for me, but be careful so you don't create any ground paths, that could fry your BOB, or worse, your computer. Best to check first....
Thank you for that, and thank you for all your help! See you around the zone! =)
Hi! Thanks for your reply again!
Well, I actually removed the brushes, and rubbed up what little dust there where as best as I could, and I was surprised to find that the internals looks very...
I had a little time over, so I released the break with 22V, and it used 260mA, and I also tried to run the motor at the same voltage. It used 0.2A, and that seem very little... It also makes a bit of...
Thank you very much for your answer! That's very useful information.
I was thinking about the same thing about the break, since all the newer AC servos I have also only have DC breaks, but I have no...
Sorry to wake such an old thread, but there seem to be hardly no info on-line about this series of servos. I hope I happened to find a HD 30B-033, and since it was quite a find I could not resist....
I said I would report back. Sorry. I actually forgot about it, since I'm not planning on changing bearings in my spindle until it gets bad... It gets quite hot/warm while running 1800rpm for 8hrs...
Incredibly old thread, but if you are still interested there is a couple on ebay. I happen to have one up for sale also 2kW HA-SH.
Hopefully you have already found what you were looking for though.
This was a really inspiring thread, and it really makes you want to build a CNC lathe by yourself (even if you plan on buying/maybe converting one like me).
I do know that it's easy to order...
As promised I'm reporting on the conclusion of this thread.
The owner tried to use the Servo as it was with no success. (And this was just to see if it would work, even if it was very improbable)...
Yes, both of them seem to have 4 axis drivers. I guess you have to adjust the parameters on both of them. I hope it works for him.
If they were not normaly used, then I guess it makes sense that...
Ok, the buyer has said that the encoder is fine, and that he will attempt to switch encoder on my servo. I hope it works for him.
Thanks everyone who helped out on this. If he tells me how it...

I'm afraid I can't help you with your question.
This forum is for things concerning Haas Mills.
As far as I can tell, Kitamura is not a Haas. You should probably rethink where to place your...
mactec54, thank you for your reply! =)
This is actually not my motor we are talking about. My motor is the one with the standard 2048 encoder (SGM-08A312). The owner in question is telling me...
