as mmoe stated you would expect the ballmill to cut below the part when you select part bottom but it still cuts about .250 shy of the bottom.

with this machine. I left the file extension window blank in bobcad and the

I went in the set up on the mill and seen cad in the menu with DXF or CDL
I set it on DXF and reposted my program in Bob-cad in DXF and it did the same thing error 302 can't read file

The one thing I learned from threading this stuff is to use cutting oil instead
of coolent.The threads were torn and ruff with coolent but with good grade of
cutting oil looked great

I beleave its a 1992 machine.

when you comand a tool change it will put the old tool away but when the Z
tries to go up to except the new tool I get a Z excess error.There are no leds lit on the drive bords.you can reset drives...
