If you have Cambam it can open DXF then remove duplicate points, it also has a facility called "arc fit" where it can reduce the number of points of a poly line you can also close open poly lines...
Once again a great piece of software well done, any chance of getting it to produce raised letters, I know there are work arounds but they don't do the inside corners correctly.
If your machine normally cuts correctly then I would blame the conversion of the drawing. I use Turbocad and Cambam so not sure if I can do anything for you. Can you open the drawing in a cad program...
