I don’t know the machine I reckon it’s the measuring stick. I would dismantle it and clean it.
Then i would check the drive motor and if applicable change it.

Yes the file transfer worked already, then the power supply tied.
We already changed it for a new one but now it doesn’t work anymore.

It has a Simatik s 5 control system

We have a GNC 1 and the transfer between computer and machine doesn’t work anymore.
