Hey Hoss!
Amazing work! Is the password still available? If so, please and thank you! Got an X2 that is just waiting to get hacked! Keep bringing us new and exciting projects!
At least you were able to determine why it is/was happening for him! I have always checked for 3D chaining, so for me, not an issue. Yeah, having to recreate the solids really sucks! And it gets old...
I am running MU2, always immediately install all maintenance updates! :)
I have had this happen with solid created in MC, as well as from imported. We use Solid Edge for our cad, which also...
According to the previous programmer, he had this occur in X5, X6, & X7. I personally have only created programs in X7, and have had it happen with files I created. I did try going back into X5 and...
No, not any changes in the geometry. I always double check this before regen and saving, and then again after. I keep geometry separate on separate levels from the solids. When this error happens...
So I started working with X7 back in March of 2014. This is the first time I have used Mastercam. After about a month, I started to occasionally open a program file, and I would get the error...
Thanks for the help, we got it up and running! Would have been easier if maintenance hadn't ran off with the manuals! I've always been able to fix or at least troubleshoot and figure out what is...
The probe was sent in due to being hit by tombstone, breaking stylus and extension. From what I understand, impact probably caused damage to the probe body itself.

So we have a replacement probe from another one of our machines we want to use while this machine's is out for repair. It is exactly the same as the one that is out for repair? However, in looking...
Ah! I'll let you know if I find someone who can help you out with that. Being that I just got laid off, I'll be visiting many shops in the near future!
True, but wasn't sure what pieces you were looking to have cut. I'll talk to a couple people I know, see if they still have their lasers. How many pieces, shapes, and sizes?
What are you looking to have lasered? Have you thought about waterjet? Either way, might know somebody....
Oh wow! I'm slow to respond! Lol! Yeah, Falcon69, that is close! Pass by you every day going to and from work! What do you have for equipment?
Hey falcon, where in the 'Couve are you? I'm off Padden 'n 205....
I'm also in Vancouver, WA! Only know a couple other hobby cnc'ers in the area, so hearing there are more is great to know!
Hey Don,
I emailed you a quote from the email address [email protected]. Please check your spam folder to see if it got sent there. Thank you!
Shawn
Hi,
I have sent an email to you from [email protected]. Haven't heard anything back, so maybe check your spam folder to see if it went there. Thanks!
Shawn
Hi,
I haven't been on the forum for a while, and just saw yours. I am wondering if you have found someone to do this project for you, or if it is still available. I would be interested in talking...
What is the surface finish required? Edge break requirements? Also what price point are you looking at per piece?

From the best of my knowledge, and I could be wrong here, is to use one that uses the Brix scale. These aren't specific to coolant, but are also used for beer, wine, antifreeze, and other...
You should check it using a refractometer. Adjust percentage according to what your cutting....
