Does anyone know fanuc ladder version, that compatible with fanuc 31i-model B series?

i have experience with fanuc 18 and with that problem, maybe it same problem with yours. i think that problem is in power supply unit inside the i/o board.you can try that, maybe its work.

this problem can be solve when u change 1815 parameter for APC and APZ from 0 to 1. but after the alarm clear, u need sett zero post for each axis getting alarm. after that sett the APC from 1 to 0...

that alarm is indicating over current for the axis if that problem doesnt happen everytime and your maintenance member have change mechanic part and drive. maybe u can check power cable and encoder....

what A-axis use for?for tools magazine?if that right,i think your a-axis used PMM (power mate manager). U can acces PMM with press SYSTEM, then press RIGHT softkey untill PMM menu appear.if u want...

i have old machine too, with the 0 m fanuc control.there are so many trnasformer insideain panel.better u should check one by one connection.but i think thats a good idea, if u upload the wiring...

but for alarm ex 07, i think its machine maker alarm, not fanuc alarm.

i agree, if all parameter are clear, the alarm generated is digital parameter clear and machine could not master on.

why you not use memory card (Compact Flash Card), its easier to upload and download fanuc data. if i am not wrong fanuc 20t have memory card slot.
