I dont know how to check it phisically but you can insert one ABS command for your regular program and see what the machine say.
For example
ABS: Z1 15 Y1 -15

You must know that ABS may be gangerous for your machine if you make mistake.
Is that option already activated on your machine?

I had solved this trouble.
