I've attached a sw2012 file (you should be able to open it) with one way to make this part. I think I forgot a section of tube, but you can get the idea. Hope it helps:)

If you tell me what version of Solidworks you have I'd be happy to send you this file so you can look at the steps. (Newer versions of Solidworks cannot save old versions files so it's very important...
