    That is such a broad statement and surely not one i would know how to track down. I know i rebuilt every nut and bolt on this small machine. I used shielded wiring, soldered all my connections, etc....

    My 3040 came with 8mm shafts. You can buy couplers though that are sized 6.35x8mm if you don't have the ability to turn down the shafts to 6.35mm.

    I must have a different version than you, mine is v24 and in my system settings i only have a tolerance box with "system" and "chain select" and they are set at .0001 and .0010 respectively.
