The arc603 is an ideal manufacturing tool not only for large scale production but also for research and development applications. The 3 axis system has printing volume up to 3 m³. 3DMP® processes the base metal in wire form. In comparison to powder, wire stock is safer in handling and more efficient in storage, comes in wider material selection, and leaves near zero percent waste. Currently ca. thirty materials (e.g. aluminum-, steel-, titanium-, nickel- alloys) have been tested and proven reliable with 3DMP®.
