Quick-Change Plates are a modular mechanical system designed for fast positioning and clamping of fixtures on any type of machine tool. Compatible with vertical and horizontal machining centers, on 3- and 5-axis tables, they offer maximum flexibility for round, square, or rectangular shapes, in single or multiple clamping configurations. Thanks to their compact and lightweight design, they allow for quick equipment changes with minimal loads.
The system is 100% modular, featuring positioning pins at 52 or 96 mm and an adapting plate to reduce pull stud spacing—optimizing the available working area. Simultaneous preparation of multiple vises eliminates downtime: while one is in operation, the next is ready to go.
The offer is completed by the RoundLock system, ideal for clamping round parts from 6 to 34 mm. Ergonomic, precise, and compatible with ER50 collets, it supports series machining and can be installed manually or via robot. A simple, expandable system designed for continuous and efficient production.
