Established in 1999, DBW is a comprehensive service company for automobile industry, which is integrated and specialized in designing and manufacturing of non-standard equipment; providing customers with service of transformation, maintenance, installation, commissioning for large scale automatic stamping equipment, forging equipment, CNC machine toolsï¼›it is also sales agent of mechanical and electrical for well-known brands at home and abroad. Focusing on intelligent and automated manufacturing in stamping workshop, DBW offers end-users a turnkey solution of intelligent stamping manufacturing from design to implementing.

DBW has more than 240 employees，including 10 senior engineers and 25 engineers. We have subsidiaries/branch offices in Jinan, Wuhan, Shanghai, Changsha, Yichan and Zhengzhou.
Main business scope includes:
Engineering department:
1.Auto palletizer system of whole parts at the end of line.
Major customers are Dongfeng Honda Automobile Co.,Ltd., Dongfeng Nissan Passenger Vehicle Company. Evergrande New Energy Vehicle(Shanghai) Co., Ltd.
2. Design & transformation of die change cart and quick die change system for press and injection molding machine. We have manufactured many sets of die change cart system for 520 tons to 3000 tons injection molding machines. Since 2003,we have produced more than 80 sets of die change carts and die change cart systems.
3. Design & manufacturing of sound enclosure for press/press line. Owning the unique nationwide press sound enclosure patent, we have manufactured more than 80 press lines since 2006. Major customers includs Guangzhou Honda, Guangzhou Fengshen, Shanghai GM, Dongfeng Honda, Mexico Mazda, Brazil Nissan, Russia Nissan and America Honda.
4. Installation of Press & CNC machine tools. Our Company has two engineering departments, with more than 100 employees responsible for equipment installation business. We own three sets of 500 tons/ 800 tons hydraulic gantry cranes, all imported from the United States. Besides，We are specialized in installation of stamping/forging equipment for Japan KOMATSU, AIDA, H&F, SATO, Germany Schuler, Schuler Automation, Spain FAGOR , India ISGEC, Italy SARRONI Japan and Sumitomo.
5. Design & manufacturing of brush roller and cleaning roller: We can change cloth for cleaning roller, update, turning a layer and renovation of the cleaning roller.
6. Overhaul of press and forging machine, repair of large press crown, upgrading of laser welding, upgrading of main motor, upgrading of PLC for press, CNC machine tools.
7. In addition to the automotive industry, we also have cooperation with companies in electric power industry such as Tianjin Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd., Beijing Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd., We have 800 tons hydraulic gantry crane made in the United States. We have completed the hoisting of large gas turbine and generator for many times. We are committed to upgrading the traditional power generation from coal-fired to gas-fired, reducing carbon dioxide emissions,and accelerating green technological transformation that is conducive to environmental protection for the power industry.

DBW has factory located in Guangzhou and Jinan, occupies 16,000 square meters, among which 12584 square meters in Guangzhou Huangpu yonghe factory and Panyu factory,3600 square meters in Jinan;
Mainly engaged in the manufacture and processing of various non-standard equipment for automobile factories, with a variety of large equipment for welding, machining, hoisting and transportation.
